- A Speaker -- As president of Excel Unlimited and Associates, Lou provides speaking services for businesses, conventions, and non-profit organizations. He is currently developing a one-minute radio commentary series for national syndication.
- A Life Coach/Workplace Coach -- As a Life Coach Lou works as a mentor, through teleconferencing and Email to help the individual client move ahead in his/her personal or professional life. Lou has partnered with Dr. Craig Overmyer to provide state-of-the art RealTime TM Coaching that
provides powerful, measurable results.
- A Pastor -- For over twenty years, he has served churches in Indiana, Ohio, and Illinois. He has also served as a church consultant, traveling throughout the United States speaking at conferences and retreats.
- A Writer -- His articles have appeared in many magazines and periodicals. He has also written feature columns on foreign affairs and public policy. His column Positively Speaking appears in Employment Weekly.
- An Actor -- Lou has appeared in numerous television commercials and industrial videos, and has worked as a voice-over artist. He has been nominated for an Encore award as Best Supporting Actor in a Drama for his portrayal of Atilla the Hun in the Steve Allen play Meeting of the Minds.
